Ted Aulmann, son of George Aulmann, managed the business through the great expansion in the 50’s and 60’s. In the early 1960s, Ruth Aulmann, daughter of Ted, married Andrew Krantz. Krantz began working at Eagle Iron Works and in 1972 took over as company president.  He continued to manage the business until 2011, when he retired at the age of 97 years old.

In November of 2012, McLanahan Corporation purchased the assets of Eagle Iron Works under EIW, LLC. McLanahan plans to continue the long history of excellent product durability and quality for which EIW has become known, while incorporating McLanahan’s fine traditions that have sustained them since 1835. McLanahan is proud to have added Eagle Iron Works to its family of companies.

EIW can offer engineering design for the needs of each of their customers. Support is provided from point of sale throughout the life of the machine, including readily available replacement parts. Engineers, application specialists and service technicians all have the experience necessary to solve your most difficult aggregate processing applications. The company offers prompt engineering and design service for specialized applications, customer-specific requirements and complete plants. EIW’s application and service personnel offer straightforward advice for equipment troubleshooting and sizing, as well as recommendations for maximizing production.

Syscom has been Eagle’s European distributor for over 40 years. Due to the solidness and reliability of Eagle machines, many of the older machines are still in use and we still supply you with all parts and service!
